With just 14 seats at the chef’s table, this immersive open-kitchen restaurant offers a multi-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Patron Carlo Scotto, known for his bold, seasonal cooking and creative flair.
With no printed menu, each dish is presented as a surprise. Guided by foraged ingredients, seasonal British produce, and modern European influences.
