Sit at the counter, talk to the chefs, and watch every course cooked and plated in front of you.

The menu itself is never fixed. It shifts with the seasons and the ingredients available and foraged that day. Sometimes an entirely new dish, sometimes a change in protein, sauce or garnish. Each service brings something new, a snippet into Carlo’s mind.


Our menus are created fresh daily. We can cater for vegetarian and pescatarian guests with 24 hours’ notice. Other dietary adjustments cannot be accommodated. No strict dress code at Bear, though most guests dress smartly for the occasion.

Train with the best

Masterclass at Bear

Step behind the pass and into the heart of our kitchen, where you will cook, learn and dine alongside our award-winning chefs.

Your experience begins with breakfast and a mimosa at the chef’s table, followed by a hands-on cooking session in small groups. Each group is paired with a chef and guided through the creation of one expertly crafted dish, gaining practical skills and insider knowledge.

Afterwards, relax with canapés in the lounge before returning to the chef’s table to enjoy the full four-course menu you and your fellow guests have prepared.

This experience is designed for children and adults over 12, and anyone aged 12–17 must be accompanied by an adult and confirmed with the team in advance. Guests must be 18 or over to consume alcohol.

An intimate New Year’s Eve experience for only fourteen guests to ever taste this menu.

A four-hour journey through eight courses crafted by Carlo Scotto in his most ambitious menu yet. As midnight nears, the evening shifts from culinary theatre to celebration, with our house DJ carrying you into 2026.
