We can also arrange wine and champagne tastings for you.Do your meeting rooms have natural daylight and air conditioning?All rooms have good natural daylight and the Glasshouse and Boardroom have air conditioning.Do you have onsite parking?Yes we have a large car park (free of charge) for approximately 70 cars and also coaches are welcome to drop off/pick up.Can I have a breakfast meeting?Yes absolutely. We can offer continental breakfast buffets or a fully cooked breakfast buffet.What facilities are provided in your meeting rooms?We have plasma screen TV's, LCD projector/screen, flip charts, white boards, free Wi-Fi.How many bedrooms do you have?We have 18 bedrooms at the hotel, but we can also assist in booking additional accommodation in the near by hotels.What time does the bar close?We have a 24 hour license for hotel residents so guests are welcome to retire to the main hotel bar into the early hours.

The logcabin and boardroom can be accessed from 7am for hair and makeup artists to come in and do the initial set up. Bridal suites are ready from about midday unless the party want to stay the night prior.Can you recommend suppliers?We have a full comprehensive supplier list from A-Z of all the different supplier you may want to think about from photographers, videographers, celebrants, toastmasters, DJs, bands, florists, etc. You are also welcome to use your own suppliers.Can we get married outside? And what happens if it rains?Yes! You can get married outside and we’ll keep an eye on the weather. If the weather does change and it rains we are flexible and can arrange for the ceremony to be done inside if needed.Do we need to pay a deposit?Yes, once the contract is signed a deposit of 25% is required to be paidAre you licensed for civil ceremonies? And who sorts out the registrar?We have the license for civil ceremonies which can take place inside or outside in the woodland area. You will need to book and organise the registrar, and we will look after them when they are at the property.What type of food do you offer?We have both British and Thai cuisines available. We can be quite flexible with the menus. If you have special requests we can always take these into consideration and work to create a menu for your wedding.Can we reserve a date?Absolutely we can hold a date for you, for a few weeks until you sort out if everyone can make the dates. Then if you wish to proceed from there we can get a contract sorted out.How many guests can you accommodate?In the day time we can accommodate a couple hundred for the ceremony and reception, and then about another 70-80 additional evening guests.
